She/her

I'm so glad you're here.

Welcome,

I'm so glad you've found your way here. My hope for my clients is that sitting in my office feels like curling up on the couch at home - cozy, warm, and safe. You'll always find a candle burning, coffee + tea by the door, and big windows overlooking the pond. Here, we can laugh and cry together.

My presence is affirming, curious, expressive, straightforward, and authentic. On the Enneagram, I most identify with a 4 and 8, which basically means I am a strong advocate + protector with a creative and sensitive center. I am a neurospicy individual and use my own experiences to empathize with the neurospicy clients in my life. In my free time, I love fashion + interior design, traveling the world, and trying new restaurants (total foodie). My self-care looks like snuggles with my fiancé and Great Pyrenees - Atlas, long bubble baths,  yoga + pilates, and lots of laughs with my friends and family.

Clinically, I am passionate about working with couples to help them strengthen and sustain their relationship so that they feel more connected and known than ever before. I operate from an attachment lens - meaning, how you learned to attach to your caregivers during childhood affects the way you connect in your relationships today. Together, we will discover your attachment styles, make more sense of why you do what you do, and how to get each of your needs met more effectively. Empathy and understanding will be our two biggest values.

Other focuses of work with my clients usually include navigating complex trauma, family conflict, neurodiversity in relationships, interracial relationships, open / poly relationships, issues with sexual intimacy, growing towards body positivity / neutrality, history of religious trauma, exploring gender identity / expression, learning better emotion regulation skills, and healing nervous systems through Somatic Therapy.

Can't wait to connect with you soon!
